17 lipca zakończył się trwający dziesięć dni Plener Rzeźbiarski w Platerowie. Na wernisażu zebrało się mnóstwo osób z Platerowa i okolic, aby móc podziwiać przepiękne rzeźby wykonane z dużą pasją i profesjonalizmem przez ich autorów . Artyści wykazali się umiejętnościami użycia różnych technik rzeźbiarskich oraz róznorodnych materiałów do wykonania dzieł.
Dyrektor Zespołu Szkół w Platerowie- Maria Daszko była organizatorką Pleneru Rzeźbiarskiego, a pomysłodawcą- siedlecki malarz Antoni Wróblewski. To juz ósma edycja tego wydarzenia, lecz w poprzednich skupiano się głównie na malarstwie. Jendą z głównych atrakcji był występ kwartetu jazzowego.
